scary kids scaring kids was an american band formed in gilbert, arizona in 2002. the band's nameScary Kids Scaring Kids was an American post-hardcore band formed in Gilbert, Arizona in 2002. The band's name comes from the Cap'n Jazz song of the same name. The group disbanded following a farewell tour in 2010. The band - which originally was composed of Tyson Stevens on bass and vocal (later to be strictly the vocalist), guitarists Chad Crawford, DJ Wilson (later to switch to bass) and Steve Kirby, Pouyan Afkary on keyboards, drummer Peter Costa, and back-up vocalist Ian Dittmar - recorded their self-financed debut EP, After Dark, while they were still in high school. After Dark was eventually re-released by Immortal Records in 2005. After nearly disbanding, they decided to pursue the band full-time, hosting nude carwashes and taking out loans to finance their tours. The band was then signed to Immortal Records, where they released their first full-length album. Entitled The City Sleeps in Flames, the album was recorded during February and March 2005 with producer Brian McTernan, and released on June 28, 2005. The album gained moderate success and spawned the successful singles "The Only Medicine" and "My Darkest Hour" which were made into music videos. Priveam cerul senin sau poate era doar tavanul camerei si admiram cum soarele putin palid ma incalzea sau macar era doar becul. Alergam necontenita pe campia inverzita ori era oare doar patura verde a mamei mele de pe pat? Oricum nu-mi amintesc. Stiu numai ca inotam indrazneata printre valurile marii, dar nici de asta nu mai sunt sigura acum. Putea fi doar cada. Ma bucuram enorm de mult cand vedeam fetele zglobii si vesle ce se jucau sau cred ca sunt doar papusile care intotdeauna m-au inveselit cu chipurile lor. Am auzit un zgomot! Un zumzait, un ciripit, nu se stie... Ba da, o musca! Pomii primitoru si vesnic prezenti se remarcau prin culorile lor frumoase: verde, maro... Presupun ca am gresit, era doar dulapul ce sus de tot avea o bluza verde- aprins. Ma gandeam la ce as putea face si la ce voi face, dar mi-as spus: -E vacanta! M-am ridicat si m-am gandit ca in loc sa stau pe iarba din camera si sa miros acel parfum de brad din baie mai bine ies din aceasta padure numita „bloc”. :rolleyes:

brokencyde was founded by singers se7en and mikl. the name of the band supposedly originated fromBrokencyde was founded by singers Se7en and Mikl. The name of the band supposedly originated from the idea that their music was "broken inside" due to personal problems. After the band began promoting themselves online, members Phat J and Antz joined Brokencyde. They released their debut mixtape, The Broken!, in July 2007, followed by another mixtape, THA $C3NE MiXTaPe (2008). BC13 EP (2008–2009) Brokencyde toured with bands such as Breathe Carolina, The Morning Of, Karate High School, and Drop Dead, Gorgeous. In July 2008, brokeNCYDE appeared on MTV's Total Request Live, where they performed the single "FreaXXX" on the segment "Under the Radar." They signed with Suburban Noize Records later that summer, and released the BC13 EP on November 11, 2008 during a promotion with the retail chain Hot Topic. In 2008, the group performed dates on the Millionaires-headlined "Get F$cked Up" tour, and appeared twice on "Fearless Music TV," performing "Sex Toyz" and "FreaXXX" in December 2008. I'm Not a Fan, But the Kids Like It! (2009) The group's first full-length release, I'm Not a Fan, But the Kids Like It, debuted at #86 on the Billboard 200 in July, 2009. Brokencyde was featured on the US Warped Tour 2009, but left the tour in August to play featured appearances in Europe. In 2009, Brokencyde played dates on "The Original Gangstour" tour with Eyes Set to Kill, And Then There Were None, and Drop Dead, Gorgeous. They played dates on the "Saints and Sinners Tour 2009" with Senses Fail, Hollywood Undead, and Haste The Day. Critical reception "Thrash Magazine" has called them "a mockery to the world of music". Cracked.com contributor Michael Swaim said the band sounded like "a Slipknot-Cher duet". British comic book writer Warren Ellis considered Brokencyde's "FreaXXX" music video "a near-perfect snapshot of everything that’s shit about this point in the culture". A writer for the Warsaw Business Journal attempted to describe their music: "Imagine an impassioned triceratops mating with a steam turbine, while off to the side Daft Punk and the Bee Gees beat each other to death with skillets and spatulas. Imagine the sound that would make. Just try. BrokeNCYDE is kind of like that, except it also makes you want to jab your thumbs into your eyeballs and gargle acid." The New Musical Express stated in a review of I'm Not a Fan, But the Kids Like It!, that "even if I caught Prince Harry and Gary Glitter adorned in Nazi regalia defecating through my grandmother’s letterbox I would still consider making them listen to this album too severe a punishment." August Brown of the Los Angeles Times writes: "This 'Albucrazy'-based band has done for MySpace emo what some think Soulja Boy did for hip-hop: turn their career into a kind of macro-performance art that exists so far beyond the tropes of irony and sincerity that to ask 'are they kidding?' is like trying to peel an onion to get to a perceived central core that, in the end, does not exist and renders all attempts to reassemble the pieces futile." Incidents After a Brokencyde concert on April 25, 2011, Cory Muro of the pop punk band Punchline expressed his dislike for the group's "music or the messages in it" to David Gallegos. Members of Brokencyde then attacked Muro requiring him to get three staples in his head, and breaking his friend Johnny Grushecky's nose. As a result, Punchline created the website brokencydesucks.com, which offers their latest album, Delightfully Pleased, for any fee the customer deems appropriate. All proceeds will go toward paying off Muro's hospital bills that he incurred as a result of the incident. Falsehoods In June 2010, Brokencyde was falsely reported to have died in a car accident in Colorado. In July 2010, it was falsely reported that the band was arrested on drug, statutory rape and child pornography charges. The story originated from , a source posing as the celebrity news website TMZ.com and created by a Canadian student. In response to these reports, Brokencyde's Phat J said: "Honestly, we are sort of appalled by it, but we are used to it. People just want to try and throw dirt on our name and they have to make things up to make us seem like bad people so people won't like us. I would never do that to someone, so I can't relate to someone who would do it to us."
